That’s what Guest List is for. Each of our gatherings are unique and curated, where women of similar values foster genuine connections. Guest List is all about making each ‘Guest’ feel empowered and important—not just another person in the room. We are a community that celebrates individuality, uplifts each other, and turns every event into an opportunity to leave with a new friend.
We encourage consistency. As a member of Guest List, you’ll see familiar faces at every gathering. Our intention is for women to not only look forward to attending these events, but to also continue these friendships outside of Guest List. The connections made here reach far beyond just a single event.

Meet the founders
Hi there! We’re Julie and Kathryn— best friends since 4th grade and the duo behind Guest List.
Growing up, we called eachother “Pinterest friends” because of our obsession with wholesome, girly activities that emulated the Pinterest boards of our dreams. Perfecting our macaroon recipe while Bath & Body Works ‘Winter Candy Apple’ was burning in the background was our full-time job at age twelve. We think you get the picture.
Even though we went to different high schools and colleges (and had almost no mutual friends), our friendship stayed strong. We always joked that we needed more people to join in on our fun! After moving to New York City, we decided it was time to change that and create a community of amazing women to share experiences with. That’s how Guest List was born.
